Impulse beam welder

The impulse sealers are suitable for processing flat bags and tubular film.

When using flat bags, you can easily seal the bags with the devices and cut off excess film with the integrated knife.

This is easily possible for film thicknesses from 50 to 150 my. The cutting function may be limited with thinner films. We will be happy to test this for you.
The 321S, which is equipped for industrial and commercial requirements, is also capable of reliably processing tubular film with 200 my.

The complete set includes an attachment tray for easier feeding, a dispenser for holding rolls and a comprehensive spare parts set. This consists of 2 sealing wires, underlays and cover, 2 knives and a replacement silicone for the pressure arm. 

All devices operate quickly and reliably without preheating time.
