Impulse beam welder

The impulse sealers are suitable for processing flat bags and tubular films.

When using flat bags, you can conveniently seal the bags with the devices and cut off protruding film with the integrated knife.

This is possible without any problems for film thicknesses from 50 to 150 my. With thinner films, the cutting function may be limited. We will be happy to test this for you.
The 321S, equipped for industrial and commercial requirements, is also able to reliably process tubular film with 200 my.

The complete set includes an add-on tray for easier feeding, an unwinder for roll take-up as well as a comprehensive spare parts set. This consists of 2 sealing wires, supports and cover, 2 knives as well as a replacement silicone for the pressure arm. 

All units operate quickly and reliably without preheating time.
