Printed paper padded mailing bags
Printed shipping packaging is an excellent way to promote your brand, product or online store. Increase your brand awareness with a printed logo. At the same time, you convey professionalism and seriousness to your customers. Your advertising messages are sent with every order.
Digital printing for short runs
We can produce runs of just 100 printed padded bags using 4-colour digital printing. There are no additional costs for setting up the machine or for printing plates. We deliver your order within one week of print approval.
The prices quoted are valid for a positive print and the corresponding print area. Production takes place in 4-color digital printing in the CMYK color space. Special colors or spot colors such as gold, silver and white cannot be printed.
Ideally, you should provide us with your print data in vectorized form as a PDF or EPS/AI file with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Alternatively, the image formats JPG (uncompressed) and PNG are also possible, but these do not require our print data check. If required, we will be happy to provide you with a corresponding stand drawing.
Only environmentally friendly and food-safe water-based inks are used.

Flexo printing for larger quantities
From an order quantity of >20,000 items, we print for you using the flexographic printing process. Special colors such as white are also possible with this printing process. If you are interested, you are welcome to request a non-binding offer.
Padded envelopes made from FSC® certified paper
Our plastic-free mailing bag made from recycled paper is the environmentally friendly solution for shipping goods that are sensitive to impacts. Simply remove the cover of the adhesive strip, fold over the flap and press on. That's it. Your goods are ready for shipping. The WAVEMAILER® are manufactured in Germany. The FSC seal is a seal of quality for products made of wood and paper from responsibly managed forests. 100% recyclable - simply dispose of in the "blue garbage can" (waste paper) and return to the raw material cycle.
