""Blue Angel" reusable mailing bags made from recycled plastic (PCR)
Our ECO-Mailer envelopes are largely made from recycled film (PCR, post consumer regranulate), are "Blue Angel" certified and contain neither plasticizers nor silicone. The recipient simply disposes of them in the yellow bag.
These bags are also known as return bags due to their two adhesive strips. Return bags are characterized by two permanently adhesive self-adhesive strips. Between these two adhesive strips there is aperforation through which the recipient can easily open the bag(tear-off perforation):
The goods are packaged and the bag is sealed with the outer of the two adhesive strips. The recipient opens the envelope at the perforation without any additional tools.
If the customer does not like the item, he can use the same packaging and seal it with the inner adhesive strip - also without any additional aids.
ECOMMailers are ideally suited for all shipping companies and the surface friction coefficient complies with DHL specifications!
An environmental logo and material information is printed on the bottom third of the bag. Naturally manufacturer-neutral without any reference to Nordwerk. Not only do the goods remain undamaged when opened due to the absence of scissors, knives or other tools - the customer also has a positive shopping experience when returning the goods. And something is also done for the environment as the same packaging can be used several times before being recycled.
The ECOMailers are also ideal for international use. With the printed TRIMAN logo(recycling instructions) for France and Italy, you are on the safe side.
Please note that most of these bags are made from recycled plastic (i.e. waste). The surface of the film can therefore differ slightly from production to production and is significantly rougher and more uneven than virgin material (pure new film). However, this is irrelevant for suitability and intended use. The bags are robust and flexible.
