Bungs for paper cores and other roll applications

In the paper, film and packaging industry, end or intermediate products are often wound onto cores. The tension of the web during winding, storage and transportation creates forces that act on the core. Bungs are used to prevent the core from deforming or breaking.

Our conical bungs can be inserted easily and straight and, with their cylindrical part, guarantee a central fit and even load distribution. Lateral bars provide additional tolerance compensation. 

Also ideal for direct protection of the roller ends.
